Introduction:the recycling production process without waste liquid plays an important guiding role in chemistry and chemical engineering application research, and it produces huge economic benefits in industrial production. Today, with ever-growing high requirements of environmental protection, circular production technology plays a key role in determining the survival and development of enterprises and whether environmental protection meets these standards. Targeted at the problems, including low efficiency of catalyst and a large amount of industrial waste liquid produced in the process of fine chemical industry, Professor Jinfei Yang's team adopts a new kind of circulating catalyst and circulating process to solve the above-mentioned problems, with no waste liquid in the whole production process. The new catalyst used replaces the Lewis-acid catalyst, and it only accounts for 1% of the current industrial production dosage, with the merits of avoiding the post-treatment process e.g. water washing, generating no waste liquid and shortening the reaction time by 7 hours, which not only makes a breakthrough in theory, but also gets favorable comments from customers. The achievement enjoys high application value and economic benefit, and it has been transformed and applied, along with important impacts. This achievement is embodied in the form of a patent, which was declared in August 2012, authorized in November 2015, and transferred to the enterprise in January 2019 with RMB 3 million. It is a typical case of our university's scientific and technological achievements transforming and serving the local economy.
