Key technologies and applications of copyright traceability and authority control for geographic information security

Introduction: this award is the "Special Award for Geographic Information Science and Technology Progress" awarded by the China Association for Geospatial Information Society (CAGIS) in 2019, which has been recognizing teams of authors for their innovative achievements in the field of geographic information security since 2006, including "basic research; core technology; software system; transformation and application-standard specification". Their accomplishment is comprised of 33 authorized invention patents, 20 software copyrights, the creation of 2 national standards, 57 papers included in SCI/EI and 2 academic books.In particular, it has effectively combined production, learning, research and use, transformed scientific research achievements and developed a series of software products for geographic information security with wholly independent intellectual property rights and autonomously controllable, which has been successfully applied in more than 400 organizations and units, including military, surveying and mapping, land, geology, archives and universities and so on, making outstanding contributions to China's geographic information security, achieving huge social benefits and exerting extensive social influences. The achievement was evaluated as "reaching the international leading level" in the evaluation organized by CAGIS.
