Six disciplines of NNU enters level A of the 4th round of China Discipline Ranking

The results of the 4th round of China Discipline Ranking (CDR) were released by China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) on December 28th. In the latest evaluation, two first-tier disciplines of Nanjing Normal University ranked Level A and four Level A-. Nanjing Normal University’s total number of Level A disciplines was the fourth biggest among all Chinese universities in Jiangsu Province and the 34th biggest among all Chinese universities. Compared with the 3rd round of assessment, disciplines ranked in the top 5 percent increased from 1 to 2, the top 10 percent increased from 3 to 6, the top 20 percent increased from 7 to 11, and the top 30 percent increased from12 to 15. First-tier Disciplines Ranked Level C among All Universities in China

In the 4th round of assessment, there were 7449 disciplines from 513 universities and colleges applied. This round of assessment released the result by levels for the first time other than the previous ones by score. The top 70 percent disciplines were divided into 9 levels:
