2. Duration and Credits

Three years generally, the maximum school years are not longer than 5 years (including the extension time).
34 credits of courses in total, at least 22 credits of academic courses.

3. Core Courses and Introduction

Managerial Economics
Managerial economics is based on micro-economic theory, focusing on the discussion of corporate behavior theory, with the scientific decision-making methods and tools to guide enterprises to allocate scarce resources efficiently, and help managers to develop business objectives in order to make business decisions. The course is based on study or scientific research training.
Requirements for The M.A.Degree are as follows:

  • Students are required to report their research progress and existing problems, and analyze the scientific significance of research progress and the direction of further work with teachers ,if necessary, to explore the ideas and methods of solutions to questions;
  • Students should introduce the latest research results or forward issues of the currently development, and discuss the scientific significance of the results or progress, with the enlightenment and application for their research work;
  • Students are required to communicate and discuss the subject-related literature reading.

Modern Management Theory
Teachers of this course will state modern management theory systematically and broadly, including: history of the development of management thought, modern market prediction theory, decision theory of modern management, modern program management theory, modern organization theory, modern human resources development and management science, modern leadership management, modern incentive theory, modern financial management theory, modern value chain management and supply chain management theory main content. The course especially focus on study or scientific research training.

Management Research Methodology
The course discuss the specification and configuration of the process of management research that is the logical research questions, which aims at improving the efficiency and quality of research and thesis writing .By learning the basic methodological problems, research process, theoretical construction, research design, data collection, data analysis, evaluation research, essay writing and other aspects in order to know how to master the norms and carry out scientific research management. The course is based on study or scientific research training.

Development and Management of Human Resources
The course is based on the firm's human resources, studying the development of the combination of people, community and organization, and to promote the common development of people and organizations. The course especially focuses on study or scientific research training.

Marketing Theory and Practice
The course mainly pays attention to modern marketing-oriented, customer value and customer satisfaction, marketing strategy and planning, marketing and consumer behavior analysis, product development and decision-making, pricing theory and methods content. The course is based on study or scientific research training.
