Yuyu Zhang

Yuyu Zhang is the director of the Piano Department, an associate professor, and master supervisor in the School of Music at NNU. In 2019, he was selected into the young top talent training project of young and middle-aged leading talent of NNU. He has won the first prize of personal omnipotence, single prize of teaching display and single prize of professional display in the first National Music Education Professional Teachers' Basic Skill Competition of the Ministry of Education. He has won the first prize of the first Yangtze River Delta Normal Universities Teachers' Intelligent Teaching Competition, the first Jiangsu Normal Universities Teachers' Intelligent Teaching Competition and the 19th Teaching Achievement Award of NNU. Among his papers, two were published in A&HCI journals and one was published in a second level authoritative journal. He has held the "Yellow River East" series piano performance in the Jiangsu Grand Theater and other important performance venues. He has taught one professional piano course for undergraduate and graduate students, guided students to obtain the highest level award of music in Jiangsu—the Music Award of Jiangsu literature and Art Award, one silver award and one bronze award respectively, and guided students to win the work Award (independent Award) at the fourth Zijin Chorus Festival.
