Yanqiu Wang is professor and Ph.D supervisor from the School of Mathematical Sciences. In 2017, she was selected as a Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province and was included in the 12th batch of the Young Overseas High-level Talents Introduction Plan. Professor Wang pursued her study and worked overseas for many years and obtained high academic achievements. She has a certain international influence in the field of computational mathematics, and her main study interests include: elastic problems and numerical solutions of Navier-Stokes equations, numerical methods for fourth order linear and quasilinear partial differential equations, posteriori error estimation, weak Galerkin method, numerical dispersion on polygons and polyhedral meshes, etc. She has published many papers in international high-level academic journals and has been invited to make academic reports at various international conferences numerous times.
